Terms and Conditions for Annual Membership

As you would expect, we need to make you aware of the terms of membership, for your own protection and of course for ours!

We don’t want to overcomplicate this, so membership to FLOCKHERE has a few simple rules:

  • Membership is paid annually
  • The membership fee is payable, electronically as soon as you sign up
  • There is a 48 hour 'cooling off' period should you wish to change your mind. If you do change your mind within this timescale please email us at hello@flockhere.app to avoid further fees and your payment will be refunded
  • Membership represents a minimum, initial period of 12 months
  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the first 12 months you will need to email hello@flockhere.app
  • Membership acceptance is at the discretion of FLOCKHERE or any individual expressly appointed by them
  • Members must agree and abide by the terms and conditions sent to members on signing up
  • Any member who continuously and deliberately breaks these rules will be removed from FLOCKHERE
  • Under these circumstances, the membership fees will be cancelled after the minimum 3 monthly term and one month's notice period, not before

Terms and Conditions for the FLOCKHERE Community monthly membership

  • The Membership fee is payable, electronically on the initial sign up and on or within 30 calendar days every month
  • There is a 48 hour 'cooling off' period should you wish to change your mind. If you do change your mind within this timescale please email us at hello@flockhere.app to avoid further fees
  • Payments will be taken on a monthly rolling basis (based on the date members initially joined)
  • The community membership represents a minimum, initial period of 3 months
  • After the initial 3 months, membership will run on a monthly rolling basis
  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the first 3 months you will need to give one month's notice (or one payments notice and email hello@flockhere.app
  • Membership acceptance is at the discretion of FLOCKHERE or any individual expressly appointed by them
  • Members must agree and abide by the terms and conditions sent to members on signing up
  • Any member who continuously and deliberately breaks these rules will be removed from FLOCKHERE
  • Under these circumstances, the membership fees will be cancelled after the minimum 3 monthly term and one month’s notice period, not before

Booking and cancellation of venues

As a member of FLOCKHERE you can make an unlimited number of bookings at our partner venues, which we believe is a great perk to our members. However, to make sure the booking process runs as smoothly as possible and we keep a good relationship with our host venues, we kindly ask that you only make the booking if you are intending to work from the chosen venue. Please don't make multiple bookings at a time unless you require the space.

Cancellations can be made via your member booking portal if the booking is more than 24hrs away.

If your booking is less than 24hrs away please contact the venue directly (all your booking information can be found on your membership portal).

On rare occasions, venues might need to cancel your booking in which as much notice as possible will be given to you and you will receive an email directly from the venue or FLOCKHERE.
